Eligibility: Heinz “Ketchup if You Can” Instant Win Game (the “Game”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, directors and officers of H.J. Heinz Company LP (“Sponsor”), Six Flags Theme Parks Inc. and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, agents, distributors, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of Game materials, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and the respective household members, are not eligible to participate. Game is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. U.S. law governs this Game. Games void in APO/FPOs, Puerto Rico & where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Official Rules or interferes with this Game in any manner. If a participant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that participant’s eligibility to participate in the Game. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth within.
How to Play: Visit the Web site, www.heinzthrills.com, complete the online registration form, and follow the instructions to play the “Ketchup if you Can” Instant Win Game. All entrants must have a valid email address. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed.
Limit: You may play the Game one (1) time each day during the Game Period. For purposes of this Game, a “day” begins at 12:00:00 am ET and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's plays and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. By participating in this Game, Entrants accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final.
Winner Selection: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Game and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Game. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE GAME. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ADMINISTRATOR’S VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE PLAY AND IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.
Verification of Potential Winners: Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Potential Grand Prize winners (or a parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) may be required to sign and return to Administrator, within ten (10) days of the date notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release ("Affidavit") (except where prohibited) in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit within the required time period (if applicable), he/she forfeits the prize/offers. Unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded. Instant Win Game Prizes will be fulfilled eight (8) to ten (10) weeks after the conclusion of the Game, or at the time of Instant Win. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize.

Winner must complete the trip by May 31, 2009, or prize will be forfeited. Accommodations are subject to availability. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, one of winner’s guests must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. Guests must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of accommodation documents. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates.
First Prize (2,000): One single one-day admission ticket to any Six Flags Park (ARV: $40/ each). Odds of winning a First Prize are 1:1,100.
Second Prize (500): a Flash Pass to be used at any Six Flags Park (ARV: $25/each). Odds of winning a Second Prize are 1:4,400.
Third Prize (1,000): $10 in vouchers for Food at any Six Flags Park (ARV $10/each) Odds of winning a Third Prize are 1:2,200.
Fourth Prize (1,000): $4 in vouchers to play games in any Six Flags Park (ARV $4/each). Odds of winning a Fourth Prize are 1:2,200.
Fifth Prize (1,500): $3 in vouchers for Gift Purchases in any Six Flags Park (ARV $3/each). Odds of winning a Fifth Prize are 1:1,467.
Offers (100,000): coupon for a Free Kid Ticket with Adult Ticket purchase (ARV, $25/each). Odds of receiving Free Kid Ticket offer are 1:22. Limit one (1) Free Kid Ticket Offer per person/email address.
All winning and non-winning participants will receive a $10 discount on the purchase of a one-day admission ticket to a Six Flags Park (ARV, $10/each). Participants will instantly receive a unique code for on-line redemption via www.sixflags.com.
Limit one (1) Grand or First Prize per person, and one (1) Second, Third, Fourth or Fifth Prize per person. Total ARV of all prizes: $140,000. All tickets/vouchers/offers are good through May 31, 2009 only or prize/offer will be forfeited.
For All Prizes: Taxes and expenses not specified relating to acceptance and use of prize, is the responsibility of the winner. No cash equivalent, and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Game Vouchers and Gift Vouchers will be mailed to winners. All other tickets and vouchers (excluding the Grand Prize) can be redeemed online using the unique code in the prize winning message via www.sixflags.com.
Release: By acceptance of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Six Flags Theme Parks Inc., Administrator, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Game or receipt or use or misuse of any prize/offer.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Game constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Game, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s or Administrator's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning Instant Win Game, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes claimed up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Game or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Game or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Game may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Game; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the game play or the Game; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Game or the processing of game play; (5) lost, lateor misdirected game play; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Game or receipt or use or misuse of any prize/offer. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reason causes more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.
